  • Lori Brabant

    FOUNDER + CEO

    Lori is a highly motivated, results-driven marketer with 25+ years of expertise in place-based and experiential marketing. Lori helps create large-scale Moments for the most recognizable brands, agencies, and real-estate partners in culture. In 2021, Lori devoted her total focus to KAP—guaranteeing every client receives the hands-on, undivided KAP Experience at every turn. When not working, you can find Lori dining at the latest hit restaurant, tasting fine wine and tequila, and traveling to her next adventure.

  • Kelly Reynolds

    CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

    Kelly is a solutions-oriented marketer, channeling her 15+ years in experiential marketing into conceptualizing and actualizing unforgettable KAP Moments. Strong ambition, confidence, and a knack for making the impossible happen make Kelly a fearless operator and leader. When Kelly isn’t creating a solution for one of our clients, she is adventuring around the globe, on a boat, or dining over fabulous food with friends and family.

  • Sara Moss

    VP OPERATIONS & FINANCE

    A Certified Public Accountant and senior finance leader with 15 years of experience, Sara pairs deep accounting fundamentals with the operational instincts to build systems that scale. At KAP, she owns the engine behind the work - forecasting, cash planning, and project profitability, alongside the processes and infrastructure that turn big ideas into seamless Moments. Outside of work, you'll find her camping in the Colorado mountains with her husband and two daughters.

  • Emma Barrios

    PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

    Emma is an organized and process-oriented coordinator with a B.A. in English from the College of Charleston. She brings a foundation in timeline discipline, graphic design, operational cleanliness, and a fast-learning mindset to the team. Her curiosity and appetite for growth make her an engaged and steady addition to production. When she’s not working, she can be found reading, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with friends and family.

    ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Alysha comes from an out-of-home advertising background, with experience supporting the full lifecycle of campaigns from proposal through execution. She’s known for her attention to detail, strong client relationships, and ability to keep things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from South Florida and now based in New York, Alysha thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Outside of work, she’s passionate about animal rescue and spends time volunteering and dog sitting.
